top five interests
-Beach…growing up on Long Island I couldn’t imagine living anywhere that I couldn’t easily get to a beach. The beach is a major part of my summer, I go there as often as possible with my friends. I also try to go there on days in the fall and winter when its not too cold just to be there and enjoy it.
-NYC…another benefit of living on Long Island is that I am never more than a train ride away from the city. I love going into the city to see shows with my family and now it has become a place that my friends from home and I can easily meet up when we are all away at school. I love going there without any specific plans and just walking around and seeing what interests me, whether its shopping, going out to eat, or just hanging out in Central Park.
-Lacrosse…in high school I was a member of my schools first varsity girls lacrosse team. Although we weren’t very good our first season we slowly improved and made it to the playoffs my senior year.
-Psychology…my major here is Psyc/Special Ed. I have enjoyed all of the psychology classes I have taken so far so I’m considering becoming a high school guidance counselor instead of a teacher.
-Summer… my favorite time of year because I love the freat weather, beach, pool, relaxed atmosphere and being home with my friends and family. Its also the perfect time to travel, which I love to do.
